Directions

  1. Sprinkle wafer crumbs proportionately in the bottom of an 8 inch springform pan. Set aside. In a food processor bowl or possibly blender container, cover and process or possibly cottage cheese till smooth. Add in cream cheese, sugar, cocoa pwdr, liqueur and vanilla. Blend or possibly process till combined. (Mix will be thick; scrape the sides of the bowl, if necessary.) Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Stir in egg product and chocolate.
  2. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 35-40 min or possibly till cheesecake appears nearly set when shaken. Cold on a wire rack for 10 min. Loosen sides of pan. Cold 30 min more; remove sides of pan. Cold completely. Cover; refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Makes 12 servings.
