Ingredients

Directions

  1. Measure flour, shortening, sugar and salt. Mix with a fork. Combine vinegar, egg and cool water. Add in to flour mix and combine till all dry ingredients are moistened. Shape into a ball. Divide in half and roll out between two sheets of waxed paper. Place one half in your pie dish . Reserve the other half for top crust, or possibly freeze for later use
