Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 c. pumpkin filling
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat Large eggs and add in sugars, shortening and pumpkin; mix well. Add in flour to pumpkin mix and blend. Add in chips and pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. Bake for 45 min. Let cold for 15 min and cut into squares.
