Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. raisins
Directions
- Mix shortening, sugars, and Large eggs; then add in flour, soda, salt, and vanilla. Mix all together well. Fold in chips, oatmeal, and raisins with a wooden spoon.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min.
