Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 (4 ounce.) pkg. sweet chocolate, coarsely minced
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. (firmly packed) brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix flour, soda and salt. Add in chocolate, oatmeal and nuts. Cream butter; blending in sugars gradually. Add in egg and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Add in flour mix blending well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 min or possibly till edges are lightly browned.
