Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 6 ounce. semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, butter, egg, water and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonsful about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake till almost no indentation remains when touched. 10 to 12 min.
