Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chipped beef (cut with scissors)
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Dash garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. finely minced or possibly dry green pepper
- 3 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Mix cheese, lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk. Add in chipped beef. Add in pepper, garlic, onion and green pepper; place in large pie plate. Saute/fry pecans in butter and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with crackers.
