Directions

  1. Mix cheese, lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk. Add in chipped beef. Add in pepper, garlic, onion and green pepper; place in large pie plate. Saute/fry pecans in butter and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with crackers.
