Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. stuffed pimento olives, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste (very little salt)
- Horseradish to taste
- 1 pkg. chipped beef
Directions
- Chop chip beef into small pcs. Spread out on wax paper. Mix rest of ingredients together. Mold into log on chip beef. Using wax paper to lift, roll up to cover cheese mix with chip beef. Serve with crackers.
