Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. or possibly more lowfat milk
  • 1 pkg. of chipped beef
  • 2 tbsp. of instant onion
  • 2 (or possibly more) tbsp. green pepper (minced fine)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. black walnut chips

Directions

  1. Mix together. Spread in oblong pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. On top, sprinkle 1/2 c. black walnut chips. Use club crackers. A knife is helpful for spreading.
  2. NOTE: Soak chipped beef in water to remove some of the salt.
