Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. or possibly more lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. of chipped beef
- 2 tbsp. of instant onion
- 2 (or possibly more) tbsp. green pepper (minced fine)
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. black walnut chips
Directions
- Mix together. Spread in oblong pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. On top, sprinkle 1/2 c. black walnut chips. Use club crackers. A knife is helpful for spreading.
- NOTE: Soak chipped beef in water to remove some of the salt.
