Ingredients

  • For the dressing:
  • 2 bn green onions white only
  • 4 Tbsp. dry mustard create a paste
  • 1/3 c. pickled ginger
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. shallots chopped
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. ginger vinegar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. chili oil
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 c. peanut oil For the salad: Won-ton wrappers fried strips Cooked chicken julienned Napa cabbage julienned Spinach julienned Radicchio julienned Carrot strips Daikon strips Sesame vinaigrette (recipe above) Sesame seeds (black and white) toasted Mizuna a green

Directions

  1. Dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients except oil in a blender. Blend till smooth. Add in oils slowly and emulsify.
  2. For salad: Combine carrot, daikon, raddichio, spinach, Napa cabbage, chicken, fried won-ton strips and dressing.
  3. Present in center of the plate (on Mizuna) and garnish with sesame seeds.
