Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 5 ounce. can water chestnuts, minced
- 1 pound fresh bean sprouts (or possibly canned)
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 4 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 8-10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 sm. red onion, sliced
Directions
- Wash and spin dry vegetables. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend or possibly shake dressing ingredients together. Heat dressing thoroughly. Pour over salad and serve.
