Ingredients: 1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced; 3/4 c. olive or possibly peanut oil; 6 cloves garlic, chopped; 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves, minced; 3 Tbsp. sweet onion or possibly shallot, chopped; 1 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly grnd; 1/2 tsp. chili pepper; 3 Tbsp. sherry or possibly balsamic vinegar; 1 Tbsp. catsup; 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
