Ingredients
- 4 c. rice
- 1 tbsp. sobrito (red onion, garlic, green pepper, cilantro, sweet pepper)
- 1 env. Sazon con achiote
- 1 env. jamon
- 4 pcs chicken breast
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 tbsp. salt
Directions
- Cut the chicken in small pcs and boil, when they are boiling add in all the ingredients except the rice. Wash the rice and add in to the chicken. Cover and simmer till rice is done.
