  • 2 Packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Original Lowfat milk Recipe
  • 2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Whisk juice and dressing mix together. Marinate chicken in 1/2 of mix.
  2. Combine cornstarch and water with rest of juice mix in a saucepan and cook till thick. Baste chicken with this mix while baking. Bake thawed chicken at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
