I bet you love chicken wings and roasted potato. The recipe is inspired by necessity to cook something fast and easy. Roasted potato is a recipe of my Italian friend and wings’ recipe is borrowed from one diner.

It’s literally more efforts to eat than to cook. (Just remember if you want them even more delicious marinade the wings overnight)

  • It’s literally more efforts to eat than to cook. (Just remember if you want them even more delicious marinade the wings overnight)
  • Cooking time: 50-60 min
  • Active Preparation: 10 min
  • 1 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 lb. potato
  • 3-4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika (optional)
  • 3-4 tbsp. honey BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Wash chicken wings, cut the wings into 3 parts (optional, I don’t)
  2. Mix 1 tbsp. salt,1 tbsp. black pepper, paprika and BBQ sauce in a big bowl.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl with sauce and stir well. (Leave for the night for better marinating, optional).
  4. Wash potato very well (don’t peel), cut in quarters lengthwise, put your potato in a big, deep bowl. Add into the bowl with your potato: 1 tbsp. pepper, 1tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning, 2 tbsp. olive oil. Mix very well; rub the spices into your potato.
  5. Preheat your oven to 450F.
  6. Take a baking dish (preferably 10-12 inch long, 8-10 inch wide and 5-7 inch deep)
  7. Pour on one side of your baking dish potato, on the other side- chicken wings.
  8. Roast for 40-50min.
  9. When the potato is golden brown and the wings are dark brown beautifully roasted,- your dish is ready.
  10. Enjoy!
