Ingredients
- 8 lbs Cooked chicken
- 12 counts Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 3 lbs Celery
- 2 Tbsps Minced Onions
- 2 Tbsps Salt
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 quart Mayonnaise
- 4 tsps Lemon Juice
Directions
- Cut Chicken into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Peel and dice eggs.
- Combine all ingredients. Mix lightly. Chill quickly t below 40 F.
- Serve with No. 8 dipper.
