  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 x # boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 bot Lawry's Herb & Garlic Marinade
  • 8 x (7-10") flour tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 pkt shredded Mexican 4 cheeses
  • 1 sm can minced green chilies liquid removed (or possibly to taste)

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in Lawry's marinade for 1-2 hrs.
  2. Heat 2 tsp vegetable oil in 10" skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Cook chicken 15-20 min, till juice of chicken is no longer pink, even in center of thickest part - turning over once.
  4. Shred chicken into small piecesBuild Tortillas -
  5. Mix chicken pcs, cheese and chilies in bowl Spread thin layer on 1 tortilla and top with another tortilla
  6. Heat 2 TBSP oil in skillet.
  7. Cook each tortilla over medium-hi heat (6 on my stove) for 4-6 min, turning after 2 min till light golden.
  8. Serve with salsa and lowfat sour cream
