Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. fresh double cream
- 4 to 6 chicken pcs, 9 skinned boneless chicken breasts are GOOD
- 8 ounce. packet of frzn broccoli, thawed
- 10 1/2 fl. ounce. can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 rounded tbsp. real mayonnaise
- 1/2 level teaspoon curry powder
- 2 ounce. sharp cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Arrange chicken and broccoli in shallow dish.
- Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise and cream with curry powder. S
- poon over chicken and broccoli, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 min until the chicken is cooked and the cheese is turning golden.
