Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. red grapes
- 2 c. pineapple chunks
- 1 c. apple wedges
- 1/4 c. Fruit Salad Dressing
Directions
- Cut chicken in bite size pcs. Cut grapes and remove seeds. Drain pineapple chunks.
- Combine all ingredients except dressing, add in at serving time.
- Dressing: Mix sugar and flour in top of double boiler. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook over warm (not boiling) water, stirring constantly till mix is thick and clear. Cold.
