A great year round salad for lunch or a light supper. Its a favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover cubed chicken
- Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup homemade garlic seasoned croutons
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Rinse, dry and cut Romaine Lettuce add into a large mixing bowl, add chicken cubes, croutons, cheese, gently toss
- Add dressing when ready to serve.(you can make your own dressing or use store bought our favorite is Marzetti refrigerated Caesar dressing
