Absolutely the most delicious mid day snack! Have it for breakfast or brunch or any time!

  • 1/2 cup Frozen or Fresh Mixed Berries ( We love blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Or Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Toasted Oats with Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
  2. In a small baking dish add Oats (Instant) and several tablespoons maple syrup-mix together in a single layer, bake 10 minutes, remove and allow to cool, break apart once cooled to touch
  3. In a bowl or plate add yogurt, Berries, Oats.
  4. Simple and delicious!

    Hi Shalee, common breakfast/brunch item here in US. Sort of like Yogurt with a granola topping and fresh fruit. Quite healthy and nutritious. Easy too...Cheryl x
