Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 2/3 c. uncooked reg. rice
  • 1 bag (16 ounce.) frzn broccoli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Durkee Italian seasoning
  • Carrots, water chestnuts and red pepper combination
  • 1 can (2.8 ounce.) fried onions
  • 1 3/4 c. chicken bouillon

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts in 8x12 baking dish. Pour salad dressing over chicken. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 min. Place rice, vegetables and 1/2 can onion rings under and over chicken.
  2. Combine bouillon and Italian seasoning, pour over chicken and bake 25 min uncovered. Top with remaining onions. Bake 2-3 min longer. Let stand 5 min before serving.
