  • 1 package Oredia Southern Style Hash Browns
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Put the potatoes in a glass casserole dish
  3. Melt the butter and pour it over the potatoes
  4. Pour the heavy cream over the potatoes
  5. Spread the cheese over the potatoes
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to let the cheese get golden brown
