Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 stk butter
- 3 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- CRUST: Mix all ingredients and press into bot- tom and sides of greased 10-inch spring-form pan. CAKE: Soften cream cheese; blend in sugar and salt. Beat till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating well. Add in vanilla.
- Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 50 min. Let stand 15 min. TOPPING: Combine ingredients and spread over cake. Bake at 450 for 10 min. Cold.
- Chill. Decorate with strawberries, blueberries or possibly cherry pie filling.
