Ingredients
- 12 ounce butterscotch morsels
- 1 c. peanuts, salted
- 3 ounce chow mein noodles
Directions
- Heat butterscotch in top of double boiler over warm water (not boiling).
- When smooth add in peanuts and noodles. Stir till nuts and noodles are covered with butterscotch. Spoon drop on wax paper.
