Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli minced small
  • 2 lb potatoes scrubbed cubed into small pcs
  • 1 x onion peeled, finely minced
  • 3 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp celery seeds salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook all the ingredients (except the oil) in a large covered pot over medium heat for 20 min. Drain mix. Mash ingredients together.
  2. Heat oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Form 10 pancakes. Fry 8 min on one side. Flip and fry for another 5 min on the other side. Serve hot.
