Ingredients
- 1 x Egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/8 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Finely minced green onions
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Creole or possibly brown ustard
- 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp White pepper
Directions
- Blend the egg and egg yolk in food processor or possibly blender till frothy, about 2 min. With the machine on, gradually add in the oil in a thin stream.
- When the mix is thick and creamy, add in the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Chill till ready to use.
