Ingredients
- 3 cans frzn pink lemonade
- Water
- 1 pkg. sherbet (strawberry, if possible)
- Lemon may be substituted
- 1 box strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 bottle ginger ale
- Pink food coloring (optional)
- Ice ring
Directions
- Make an ice ring the night before by placing plain water in a round, ring mold. Add in half of the strawberries to mold. Then freeze.
- To make punch, prepare the frzn pink lemonade as directed on the can and chill. Add in the balance of strawberries to chilled lemonade, then the sherbet, broken up slightly; gently stir. Just before serving, add in the ginger ale and the ice ring.
