Ingredients
- 13 ounce Salt
- 1 1/2 ounce Black pepper
- 1 ounce Chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Celery salt
- 1 sm can allspice
- 1 sm can onion pwdr
- 2 ounce Red pepper
- 1 ounce Garlic pwdr
- 1 ounce MSG (optional)
- 1 sm can nutmeg
- 1 sm can grnd cloves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and rub into meat prior to placing on the pit. This seasoning is excellent on shoulders and ribs.
