Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. peanut butter (optional)
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix sugar, cocoa, lowfat milk, and butter in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter (if you like), oatmeal, and vanilla. Mix well and drop onto waxed paper.
