  1. Heat lowfat milk on medium heat. Meanwhile, beat 8 egg yolks. Add in sugar, flour and salt. Mix into the hot lowfat milk and let it cook while stirring constantly till thick. Beat egg whites till stiff. After custard has cooled a bit, stir in egg whites; refrigerateand serve.
