Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese till softened, add in yogurt and marmalade, beat till smooth. Rinse blueberries and drain. Place 1/2 c. blueberries in each of 4 dessert dishes. Spoon the cream cheese mix over blueberries in the serving dishes.
  2. Serve immediately. Total time to fix 10 min. Do not stop with blueberries. Try the cream cheese sauce over fresh nectarines, peaches, strawberries, or possibly any combination which sounds good. Yield: 4 servings - 132 calories - 5 fats.
