Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream 1/2 cup of butter with stand mixer, until blended.
  3. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes
  4. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla 2 minutes more.
  5. In a medium bowl mix together 2 cups of the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Mix into the creamed mixture.
  7. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan, spread evenly
  8. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, remaining 1/3 cup flour and remaining 2 TBSP butter until crumbly.
  9. Sprinkle 1/2 of the topping over batter in pan
  10. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the topping
  11. Drop remaining batter over the blueberries and spread evenly over blueberries
  12. Sprinkle with remaining topping
  13. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  14. Remove from the oven and let cool
