Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 ounce.) bottle Russian salad dressing
- 1 env. reg. onion soup mix
- 1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) broiler - fryer chicken, cut up
- Warm cooked rice
Directions
- In a bowl combine cranberry sauce, salad dressing and soup mix. rinse chicken. Remove skin and fat. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour cranberry mix over chicken pcs. Cover and refrigeratein the refrigerator several hrs or possibly overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till chicken is done. Spoon glaze oven chicken once or possibly twice. Serve with warm rice.
