Ingredients
- 1 med. can papaya juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 2 tbsp. Chinese saute/fry sauce or possibly
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce &
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Mix and add in meat. Marinade 8 or possibly more hrs. Optional 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer for each lb. of meat. Excellent for steaks to grill or possibly broil. Also bite-size is great deep fried.
