Ingredients
- 125 gm Dark chocolate
- 200 gm Sugar
- 250 gm Finely grnd almonds,
- 1/2 c. espresso coffee
- 1/2 sm Glass liqueur.
Directions
- ** NB: By c., I mean an espresso coffee c., not a standard measuring c.! So think small!! BTW, a small glass means a liqueur glass too.
- Method: Grate the chocolate finely. Mix together well the chocolate, grnd almonds, sugar, coffee and liqueur. Mix it well so which the dough is homogeneous and smooth. Roll out the dough on a marble
- (preferably) surface that has been lightly dusted with icing/confectioner's sugar. Cut into squares. Allow to dry out completely. They are now ready to eat! No baking!
