- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Shortening
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Cake flour
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Salt
Directions
- Cream sugar & shortening & add in the Large eggs, beat 2 minutes. Add in flour baking pwdr & salt that have been blended to - gether alternately with the lowfat milk and vanilla. Bake in greased layer cake pans in 350 oven 30 minutes.
