4 large eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. cool water
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. minced nuts
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. white wine

Directions

Servings: 8.
Put together 1 box butter pecan cake mix, 1 package vanilla pudding, 4 large eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup cold water, and 1/2 cup white wine. Beat at high speed 2 min. Pour into 2 (8 x 8 inch) aluminum pans. Sprinkle 1/2 cup minced nuts on top. Bake at 325 or possibly 350 degrees till done. (Check with toothpick.)
