Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Sirloin top roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 lg. onions, minced
  • 1/4 c. boiling water

Directions

  1. Combine steak, flour, salt and pepper, and paprika into a paper bag. Place beef cubes in the bag and shake well. Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Add in beef cubes and cook till brown. Add in onion, cooking till tender. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add in to beef mix. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 2 hrs, stirring often. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
