Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 lbs. boneless sirloin roast, cut into 1 in. cubes
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 lg. onions
  • 1 beef flavored bouillon
  • 3/4 c. boiling water

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large Ziploc, shake lowfat milk, place beef cubes in bag and shake well. Heat oil in a Dutch oven (large pot), add in beef and brown. Add in onion, cook till tender. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add in to beef mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hrs. Serve over rice.
