Directions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag; shake to mix. Add in meat and shake well to coat. Heat oil in a Dutch oven or possibly large pot; brown meat in the oil. Add in onions and cook till onions are tender.
  2. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in the boiling water. Pour over beef mix. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. This will serve 6-8 people and is delicious!
