Directions

  1. Salt and pepper beef tips; put into skillet with veg. oil and brown. Place mushroom soup, water, bell pepper and mushrooms in a large pan.
  2. Pour browned meat and drippings in pan with other ingredients.
  3. Cover and let simmer 30 to 45 min till meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour over cooked rice.
