- 2 lrg Carrots, sliced
- 3 x Potatoes, cut up

- 1/2 pkt Frzn peas
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 4 hrs, stirring occasionally; or possibly bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 5 hrs.
