  1. Combine all ingredients and allow to stand several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator. Thread beef onto metal skewers or possibly wooden skewers that have been soaked in water. Broil or possibly grill over charcoal to desired doneness. Serve as is or possibly with Spicy Peanut Sauce.
