Ingredients: 1/2 c. Extra Virgin Extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 c. Peanut oil; 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar; 1/2 c. White vinegar; 1 tsp Sugar; 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard; 1 tsp Fennel seed, crushed; 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 1/8 tsp Dry parsley flakes; 1 x salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c. White vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
1 tsp Fennel seed, crushed
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/8 tsp Dry parsley flakes
1 x salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Blend the oils and the vinegars. Add in a little sugar, mustard, and fennel. Add in some lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
