Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sm. onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
Directions
- Have ribs cut in serving pcs. Season with salt and pepper and place in baking pan. Brown in warm oven (450 degrees). Cover with onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover tightly and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1 1/2 hrs. Baste occasionally. Uncover last 15 min to brown.
