Ingredients
- 4 lbs. spare ribs
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Boil 4 pounds spare ribs in kettle till about done (45 min). Cut ribs in pcs. Place on cooking tray and heat in oven basting with the above mixed ingredients. Turn often. Cook well done, 350 degrees.
