Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Mango
- 2 Passionfruits
- 1 cup of milk (normal, soy, almond, cashew, etc)
- 1/2 cup of Kefir or normal yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
Directions
- Throw everything into a blender and mix well! Taa daa!
- To make it extra cold you chop up all the banana and mango and put it in the freezer the night before. YUM!
