Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can liquid removed mandarin oranges, cut in halves
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together and cut in butter. Add in liquids and gently stir in oranges. Drop mix into greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.Remove when hot and dip tops in melted butter. Then dip into sugar and cinnamon mix. Makes 12 donuts.
