Directions

  1. Tear lettuce into lge. pieces. and cut watercress into sm. pieces. Place lettuce, watercress, and tomatoes in a bowl. Separate onion slices into rings and add in to lettuce mix. Chill.
  2. Blend garlic with mayo. and anchovy paste in a bowl, then stir in vinegar and lemon juice slowly. Add in parsley and chill. Pour dressing over lettuce mix and garnish with imitation bacon bits.
